Segðu mér Guðmundur rennimeistari. Hvernig eru þessi dekkjmót gerð? Í CNC vél?

Hér geturðu lesið lýsingu hjá einum sem var í dekkjagerð, hann notaði handstýrð tæki.

Hmmm Sverrir... þessi sem þú vísar til býr til frummyndina á mjög einfaldan hátt úr renndum álkubbi og notar til að steypa mót úr plasti. Danski verkfræðingurinn hefur búið til gríðarlega vönduð álmót með upphleyptum stöfum og öllu. Algert galdraverk og ég bíð spenntur að heyra í Guðmundi galdrasmið hvernig hann telur þetta hafa verið unnið.

Jújú enda lofaði ég engu öðru handstýrðum tækjum.

Daninn er mikill smekkmaður og hefur sjálfsagt bara málað plastmótin sín.

Neh.. Sverrir, þetta er listasmíð úr áli.

Og ekki bara massív dekk heldur er þarna neðst á myndinni plögginn sem fer inn í mótið og myndar holrúmið inni í dekkinu

Þetta lítur út fyrir að vera búið til til þess að geta framleitt milljónir af dekkjum.

Hvar er nú rennilegi smiðurinn? Ég bara verð að fá að vita hvernig svona mót eru búin til, þeas sjálft mynstrið með stöfunum og öllu fíneríinu. Er þetta steypt í efnið (álið?) eða er þetta fræst út í tölvubekk eða hvað?
