The drive to the rear rotor is via bevel gears & a drive shaft.
I have 3 servo ccpm on both rotors using 2 commercial ccpm mixers.
I am mixing fore & aft cyclic on the front rotor with differential collective on the front & rear rotors. (the same setup that hirobo use on the vertol)
forward stick gives ....front swash tips forward & collective is reduced while rear collective is increased.
back stick gives .... front swash tips back & collective increases while rear collective is reduced.
roll .... both swashplates go in same direction.
yaw .... front & rear swashplates go in opposite directions.
collective ..... both rotors increase & decrease pitch together.
the mixing in the transmitter is interesting to say the least.
the cg is about 4" forward of the center of the heli, I have tried moving it back to center & forward 4 or 5" but it doesn't seem to make much difference to the flying.[/quote]
